Independent studio · London & anywhere in the UK

Corner Studio

Custom websites and software for independent businesses, made to fit the way you already work.

Cafés, salons, gyms, trades, local shops and small teams. You talk to the person who builds it, and you see a working prototype before you spend a penny.

  • Built by hand, no templates
  • Free, no-obligation prototype
  • Remote across the UK

What I build

Two kinds of things, both made for you

Websites

Fast, good-looking sites that people can actually use on their phone.

  • Menus and opening hours you can update yourself
  • Bookings and appointments
  • Click-and-collect and pre-orders
  • Online shops and gift cards
  • Quote requests and enquiry forms

Custom software and internal tools

The small systems that save you hours every week.

  • Ordering and stock tracking
  • Staff rotas and scheduling
  • Dashboards that pull your numbers together
  • Automating the copy-paste jobs between apps
  • Customer portals and simple booking back-offices

For example, if you run…

A café or restaurant

A menu page you edit in seconds, table bookings, click-and-collect without app commission, and a wholesale or catering enquiry form.

A salon, gym or studio

Class timetables and online booking, memberships and packs, reminder messages, and a simple view of who's coming in today.

A trade or local service

A site that wins local searches, a quote form that asks the right questions, job scheduling, and invoices that go out on time.

A shop or small e-commerce brand

An online shop that matches your brand, local delivery and collection, and stock that stays in sync between the till and the website.

A small business with a team

Replace the spreadsheet everyone is scared to touch with a proper internal tool: orders, approvals, dashboards and automations.

How it works

You see it working before you commit to anything

  1. A quick chat

15 minutes on the phone or a video call. You tell me what's getting in the way and what good would look like.

  2. A free prototype

I build a working first version for your business, so you're judging something real rather than a pitch. It's free, and you don't owe me anything.

  3. A proposal, only if you want one

If you like it and want to go ahead, I send a clear written proposal: what's included, timings and cost. If not, no hard feelings.

  4. Build, launch and support

I finish it, put it live and show you how to run it. After launch I'm still around for changes, fixes and new ideas.

Website · Café

Gramos Coffee

The website for Gramos, an independent speciality roaster whose coffee bar sits inside King's Cross Underground Station in London. It shows off their single-origin beans and the bar, and helps businesses ask about wholesale deliveries.

Product · SaaS

Plentry

A UK concierge grocery and meal-planning service, built end to end. It plans your week of dinners, prices the basket at Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda or Waitrose, and orders the missing ingredients to your door. Behind it there's a full back-office for the meal catalogue, order queue and customer messages.

About

Hi, I'm Noé

I'm a Data Scientist in my third year at the University of Exeter, and I run Corner Studio alongside my studies, building custom websites and software for business owners. I design and build everything myself, from the first sketch to the code that goes live, so you always deal with the person doing the work.

I like working with independent businesses because the problems are real and the results are easy to see: fewer phone calls to answer, fewer spreadsheets, more bookings. I work remotely with owners anywhere in the UK, and I'm happy to jump on a call whenever it helps.
